Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Lukio, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Lukio for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Lukio
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Subscription Terms

Lukio Super subscriptions are available in three plans:

• Weekly Plan: Billed weekly at $3.99/week ($15.96/month)
• Monthly Plan: Billed monthly at $8.90/month
• Annual Plan: Billed annually at $29.90/year ($2.49/month)

Special Discount Offers: From time to time, we may offer discounted pricing on our subscription plans. When available, discounted plans are offered at:

• Weekly Plan (Discounted): $1.99/week ($7.98/month) - Save 50%
• Monthly Plan (Discounted): $4.45/month - Save 50%
• Annual Plan (Discounted): $14.95/year ($1.25/month) - Save 50%

Discount offers are time-limited and subject to availability. Discounted plans do not include a free trial period. All discount offers are clearly marked when available.

All standard plans include a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are not available for partial subscription periods. If you cancel during a billing cycle, you will continue to have access until the end of that period.

4. User Content and Services

You are responsible for the content you provide to Lukio, including:

• Chat messages and questions sent to Lukio
• Responses to daily questions
• Onboarding information provided during account setup

We do not claim ownership of your content, but by using Lukio, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide our services, including:

• Generating personalized biblical answers
• Providing daily questions and verse of the day
• Improving our AI responses and service quality

5. Disclaimer

The materials on Lukio are provided on an 'as is' basis. Lukio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Lukio or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Lukio.

7. Revisions

Lukio may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using Lukio you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
